This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Manager, a Deputy Manager ready to step up, or a Senior Residential Support Worker aiming for progression. The position offers the chance to create a nurturing and stable environment for children and young people, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and able to thrive.Day-to-day of the role:Lead the day-to-day operations of the children''s residential home.Develop and maintain a reflective and supportive staff team focused on safeguarding, fostering positive relationships, and achieving the best outcomes for children.Ensure the home provides a warm, nurturing environment where children and young people can feel secure and listened to.Collaborate with families, colleagues, and partner agencies to build positive relationships.Implement child-centred and trauma-informed approaches to care.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Experience in a managerial role within residential childcare, either in the public or private sector.A child-centred and trauma-informed approach to care.Demonstrated resilience and emotional intelligence.A passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of £40.00 - £50.00.Flexible ..... full job details .....
