This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs. You will play a pivotal role in establishing the home''s culture, recruiting and developing the team, and securing OFSTED registration while delivering outstanding outcomes for vulnerable young people. The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, development, and day-to-day operation of the home. You will create a positive and supportive environment where children can feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive. Key Responsibilities Lead the setup, development, and successful opening of the home. Recruit, manage, and inspire a high-performing residential care team.
