Registered Manager - Children''s Residential CareLocation: Longton, PrestonSalary: Circa £50,000 per annum up to £55 maximumHours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (flexible working available)We''re looking for a Registered Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new children''s residential care home supporting up to 3 children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. Lead and develop a new Ofsted-registered home supporting 3 children with complex needsCreate and maintain a positive, therapeutic, trauma-informed environmentManage staffing, rotas, budgets, and care planningSupervise and mentor a committed care teamEnsure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standardsBuild strong external relationships with families and partner agenciesWhat We''re Looking For

Minimum Level 5 or working towards Diploma in Leadership and ManagementAt least 2 years'' experience as a Registered Manager in children''s residential careIn-depth understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding frameworksProven track record supporting young people with LD, autism or mental health needsInspiring leadership and team development capabilitiesPassion to build something meaningful from the ground ..... full job details .....
