This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious care professional to take a key leadership role within a 2-bed EBD children''s residential provision, helping to establish and develop a high-quality service where children and young people are supported to thrive. The Role As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for creating a positive culture within the home, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the service is consistently delivering excellent outcomes for the children and young people in your care. A key objective will be to achieve and maintain an Ofsted rating of Good or Outstanding.
