The Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a solo provision in Walsall. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintaining high standards of care and support. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a service from the ground up, working closely with the organisation s leadership team to deliver exceptional outcomes for the young person in your care. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, compassionate leadership and management for the solo provision. Ensure the service fully complies with Ofsted standards and other relevant legislation. Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs. Recruit, train, and support staff to maintain a high-performing team culture. Maintain accurate records, policies, and procedures in line with best practice. Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and external stakeholders.
