We are committed to creating nurturing, therapeutic environments where young people can heal, grow, and thrive.The RoleWe are seeking a Children''s Homes Manager to oversee two 2-bed homes, focusing on relationships and therapeutic support. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with Children''s Homes Regulations 2015, Children''s Act 2004, and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023, while driving quality, innovation, and positive outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Register with Ofsted and maintain good/outstanding ratings.Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.Implement therapeutic practices to support emotional and social well-being.Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability.Conduct quality assurance audits and implement improvement plans.Collaborate with families, partners, and stakeholders to achieve the ..... full job details .....
