This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential childcare professional who is passionate about creating safe, nurturing and supportive environments for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, lead and develop a strong staff team, maintain high standards of care and compliance, and work towards achieving positive outcomes for the children in your care.
