Registered Manager - Children''s Home (Special Needs)

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Registered CQC Manager to set up and manage a brand new Children s Home, working with children with special needs. The main responsibilities of this role will include: Complete set up of the operations Create a nurturing environment for children and develop care plans for children Lead and manage a team of care staff Manage budgets and administrative functions Monitor the quality and care Prepare the service for Ofsted registration Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care and Young People s Services and CQC Registered Knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and Children s Home regulations Previous experience with children with Autism and Complex needs Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection and positive behaviour support Excellent organisational and communication skills High level of compassion and empathy and a passion for working with children Full UK driving license preferred Full DBS checks A good benefits package including performance related ..... full job details .....
