We welcome applications from experienced Registered Managers or Deputy/Assistant Managers ready to step up.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Children''s Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.Work alongside a highly experienced Responsible Individual and passionate owners to support registration and Ofsted preparation.Recruit, manage, and inspire a dedicated team of care staff.Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans forLiaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure excellent communication and outcomes.Monitor quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory standards are consistently met.What We''re Looking ForNVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for children and young people or equivalent (or working towards).Proven experience in children''s residential care, ideally in EBD settings.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Knowledge of Ofsted fundamental standards and regulatory requirements.Commitment to ..... full job details .....
