This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesRegister with Ofsted as the Registered Manager for the home.Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service.Ensure the home operates in line with Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.Promote positive outcomes for children and young people through effective care planning and support.Recruit, supervise, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care.Maintain safeguarding practices and ensure the welfare of children remains the highest priority.Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.Build positive relationships with local authorities, families, social workers, and other professionals.Drive continuous improvement and work towards achieving and maintaining good or outstanding Ofsted ratings.RequirementsEssentialMinimum 1 ..... full job details .....
