Registered Manager Children''s Home, Leatherhead (Permanent) Location: Leatherhead, SurreySalary: £55,000 £65,000 (dependent on experience)£60 per sleep-inContract: Permanent, 40 hours per week Pro Social Partners are proud to be working in partnership with North Star Children''s Homes to recruit a Registered Manager for their residential children''s home in the Leatherhead area of Surrey. North Star is a growing residential childcare provider supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, and this is a genuine leadership opportunity in an established home with a settled group of children. The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will:Hold registration with Ofsted and take overall responsibility for the home''s care, compliance, and quality standards.Lead, develop, and supervise the staff team, building a stable and child-centred culture.Ensure care planning, risk management, and safeguarding practice meet the Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.Manage admissions, matching, and transitions so that placements are right for the children.Work closely with placing authorities, schools, health partners, and families.Drive continuous improvement in preparation for Ofsted inspection.
