Registered Manager - Children''s Home

We have an opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team to ensure exceptional care and a nurturing environment for our young people in our childrens home. As a Registered Manager, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including: Manage a warm and friendly home that is a safe and supportive environment for our children and young people to achieve positive outcomes authentic to them Ensure compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care. Lead and inspire a motivated team, providing guidance and support. Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment. Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes. Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home''s statement of purpose is fulfilled. What we re looking for from you: Extensive experience in children''s residential care management. Experience working in a LD/EBD home is desirable. A strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment. You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children''s and Young People''s Workforce You also hold your QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in ..... full job details .....
