Key Responsibilities • Overall leadership and management of the residential service • Ensure full Ofsted compliance and regulatory standards are met • Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people • Manage care plans and ensure positive outcomes for residents • Build positive relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders • Oversee staffing, rotas, performance management and service development About You We are looking for someone who is: • An experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up • Minimum 2 years experience working with children in residential care • Proven leadership and team ..... full job details .....
