The home supports young people aged 8-18 with mild to moderate learning difficulties, mental health needs, and associated behaviours within a therapeutic and nurturing environment.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a service focused on delivering high-quality, child-centred care while promoting positive outcomes and independence for young people.   About the Home   The service provides medium to long-term residential care and works closely with a multidisciplinary team to support children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
