All homes rated Good or Outstanding 	 In-house Forensic Psychologist 	 PACE Therapeutic Model 	 Monthly Clinical Consultations 	 Established Deputy Manager in place 	 Fully staffed homes 	 Solo-placement service model 	 Supportive Responsible Individual employed directly by the company   We're recruiting a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two neighbouring homes in Burton upon Trent.  Importantly, these homes operate as solo-placement services, allowing teams to focus on delivering genuinely therapeutic, child-centred care rather than managing large group dynamics.  The successful candidate will inherit a stable team structure, including a Deputy Manager and experienced Residential Care Workers, enabling them to focus on quality, leadership and outcomes rather than constant recruitment.
