This is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 3-bed service supporting children and young people aged 8-18 years.You will lead the home with passion, professionalism, and a child-centred approach, ensuring the highest standards of care, full Ofsted compliance, and positive outcomes for children and young people. You will also be responsible for building, developing, and motivating a skilled and values-led staff team.
