Registered Manager Children''s Residential Home (7 Bed) Bradford Base salary: 51,331 - 63,553Total Package: 60,364 - 73,808 + 30% Long-Term Bonus We''re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children''s home supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. The Role As Registered Manager, you''ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing and structured environment for both young people and staff. You''ll:Lead and develop a high-performing care teamEnsure full Ofsted compliance and quality standardsOversee care planning and outcomes for young peopleManage referrals and admissionsCreate a culture where young people feel secure, supported and motivatedYou''ll be supported by a wider multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and clinical specialists, ensuring a truly holistic approach to care.
