The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years as a Registered Manager in a Children s Care home setting. This role requires a compassionate leader who can manage care plans effectively while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the children''s care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to each child''s needs, promoting their well-being and development. Supervise and mentor staff members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high-quality care delivery. Administer medications as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain accurate records of care provided and participate in regular audits to ensure quality assurance.
