Brand new opportunity for a Registered Manager to work within Children''s Residential!

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day to day operations

Supervise, mentor and support the team, including ensuring training and professional development is continuous and up to date

Over oversight and management of the homes budget and expenditure

Develop and implement bespoke and child centered care plans for the young people

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Keys Standards and Policy''s and Procedures

Promote a positive, trauma-informed culture in the workplace.

Manage referrals, liaise with local authorities, and maintain strong relationships with external partners, Local Authorities and Stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management

Essential

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management of Residential Care

Extensive experience in managing young people''s residential care

Clear Understanding of Ofsted Standards and experience of leading Ofsted Inspections

Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care Models and Practice

Proven ability to lead and manage a Team with excellent communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals and families
