Position: Registered Manager
Location: Denbigh, North Wales
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: Full time, Fixed term contract (min 3-month placement)


An exciting opportunity for an experienced manager! Career Makers is seeking an Interim Registered Manager for a charming, established nursing home in Denbigh. Lead a dedicated and stable team while covering a maternity post for a leading care provider.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

• Clinical & Operational Management: Oversee daily home operations, medication administration, and compliance with regulations.
• Staff Leadership & Development: Manage, supervise, and appraise staff, ensuring training needs are met and performance standards are maintained
• Person-Centred Care: Deliver high-standard, person-centred care planning and risk assessments for adults with complex mental and physical health need
• Service Oversight: Maintain premises standards and participate in the on-call system

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

• Previous Registered Management experience within a care home
• NVQ Level 5 – Health & Social Care
