You will run the scheme day to day, hold the CQC registration for the service, and make sure residents get care that is safe and built around them.What you will be doing:Lead the scheme team, including care coordinators, senior carers and office staffRun the service day to day, covering rotas, care planning, staffing and budgetMake sure every resident has a person-centred care plan that reflects their choices and is reviewed regularlyMonitor quality through spot checks, medication audits and observations, and act on what they showRecruit, supervise, train and develop your teamReport safeguarding concerns without delay and make sure incidents are investigated properlySubmit statutory notifications to CQC on time and keep the scheme inspection readyKeep staff files, training records and compliance records complete and up to dateWork with commissioners, social workers, heal...
