This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a branch from start-up to success, working closely with a supportive director.About the Role:You will be responsible for the overall management, quality, compliance, and business development of the new domiciliary care service. This is a key leadership role where you will play a vital part in the strategic direction and day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities for a Registered Manager: Lead, manage and grow the domiciliary care service in line with RQIA regulations and company values.Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times.Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled care team.Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with RQIA standards.Oversee service delivery, audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.Drive business growth through effective networking and local relationship-building.
