Registered Manager – 4-Bed EBD Children’s Home

Location: Doncaster
Salary: £54,080 – £64,280 
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

An award-winning children''s services provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the lead on a brand-new 4-bed EBD children''s home in Doncaster, supporting mixed-gender placements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join at the beginning of the journey, taking the home through opening and Ofsted registration and then leading its development.

• £54,080 – £64,280 salary
• £5,000 bonus
• £3,000 bonus for an Ofsted Outstanding outcome
• £600 monthly occupancy bonus
• £25 weekday / £35 weekend additional payments
• 25 days annual leave + 8 statutory holidays
• Brand-new 4-bed children''s home
• Full responsibility for opening, registration and ongoing management

As Registered Manager, you will lead the home through its opening and registration process before taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service.

You will ensure the home provides safe, nurturing and high-quality care while building and developing a strong team and positive culture.

We are looking for someone with strong children''s residential experience, excellent knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
