About the Role We are seeking an experienced, motivated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our 360 CAMHS service across the West Midlands. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee the leadership, quality, safety and performance of the service, ensuring children and young people receive safe, effective and individualised support. You will lead and develop staff, oversee safeguarding and regulatory compliance, build strong relationships with families and professionals, and drive continuous improvement. Location and working arrangements: This is a flexible hybrid role based around Wolverhampton and the West Midlands, with Coventry and Birmingham also suitable locations. You will typically spend 2 3 days per week in the community visiting placements and children''s homes, with the remaining time working from home where appropriate.
