The role To oversee the day-to-day management and leadership of 2 small residential services for adults with LD and autism and oversight of one single occupancy supported living service. Lead and motivate a team of support staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies, including CQC standards. Develop and implement support plans tailored to individual needs, promoting person-centred care. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders. Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to uphold high standards of care and safety.
