Our client, a reputable organisation dedicated to providing nurturing, trauma-informed care, is hiring for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a small, therapeutic 2-bed children''s home in Manchester.What you''ll be doing: Lead and inspire a warm, stable environment, modelling trauma-informed and relational care practices. Ensure the home consistently meets all regulatory standards and remains inspection-ready. Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments, and coordinate multi-agency working to protect and support children. Manage and develop staff through supervision, training, and performance management. Lead team meetings, reflective practice, and cultivate a positive team culture. Manage budgets, resources, and the overall home environment effectively. Provide regular reports and quality assurance feedback to the Responsible Individual. Participate in the on-call rota to ensure consistent leadership and support.What you''ll bring: Proven experience in residential childcare with strong safeguarding expertise. Level 5 Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards). Confident leader with the ability to build a reflective, child-centred team.
