Registered Children''s Home Manager (EBD) Location: Liverpool Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 per annum plus excellent bonus package Brook Street Social Care is hiring for a reputed client and we''re looking for an experienced, ambitious and child-centred Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed EBD children''s home in Liverpool. What you''ll be doing as the Registered Manager: Taking ownership of the home''s leadership, quality and day-to-day operation Ensuring excellent standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance Recruiting, developing and inspiring a strong residential team-where stability matters Overseeing care planning and risk management, keeping young people at the heart of every decision Building positive relationships with families and professionals Confidently leading the home through Ofsted inspections What you''ll bring as the Registered Manager: Management/deputy management experience within an Ofsted-regulated children''s residential setting The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or an accepted equivalent) Strong knowledge of the Children''s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards Understanding of young people''s needs and behaviours within an EBD setting A safeguarding, compliance and quality improvement mindset The ability to recruit, motivate and retain an exceptional staff team Ambition to achieve Good and Outstanding outcomes-and to lead with compassion, resilience, integrity and accountability ..... full job details .....
