Registered Manager - 3 bedded Children''s Residential Home Location: Chipping, Preston Salary: 55,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, Permanent Shifts: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with flexibility Opportunity to earn bonus on top of your salary! Brook Street Social Care, in proud partnership with a respected children''s residential care provider in Chipping, Preston, is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join their compassionate and expanding team. About the Role: As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with EBD needs in a safe, children centred and structured environment. You will offer support with a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.We are looking for: A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years) At least 1 year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People/Residential Childcare Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent - or working towards Candidates that hold a full, UK driving licence Requirements: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential Previous experience in a senior or team leader role within a children''s residential setting ..... full job details .....
