Our client is a respected brand in their area and is needing a new Registered Manager to head up their branch in North London area. With the full back up of the owner and her team, this North London branch will be yours to grow to be the top branch in their network. It offers Domiciliary and Live In Care for the elderly and those with Autism.

Based from home then moving to a North London office once successful, the Registered Manager will work from home initially and will be the person building the success of the new office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, with assistance from a wonderful head office team based in Leamington Spa. You will market and develop the private domiciliary and live in care client base and recruit and source carers with the help of the recruiting team if needed, to ensure that you build the best team available.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Complete CQC Registration and start to market and grow networks

Ensure highest safeguarding standards are maintained at all times

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a "Good" or higher rating

Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients

Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery

Recruit, grow and retain high-quality staff while offering strong training implementation

Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care

Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits

Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support, including care calls where needed

Support business growth and target new clients

Benefits:

Competitive Salary: From £38000 - £55000 + performance-based bonus

Qualifications Needed:

NVQ / QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care

Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding results

Proven leadership in Care Management / Leadership in a Domiciliary or Live In setting

UK Driver’s Licence and own car
