As Registered Manager, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and individualised support that promotes independence, dignity and positive outcomes. You''ll lead and develop a team of support staff, oversee rotas, recruitment and staff performance, and ensure the service consistently meets CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
