Job Types: Full time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per year Location: Basildon We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to provide operational leadership and oversight within a 4-bed residential care service supporting people with Autism and complex needs. About the Role As Registered Manager, you will have overall operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the smooth running and the allocation and management of staff. You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent operational services, regularly supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and/or Senior Support Workers. You will monitor and support the delivery of person-centred services to all people using the service within your defined area. You will ensure effective financial administration of the services delivered through the effective deployment of staff and budgets, whilst ensuring the effective and efficient provision of support to the people using the services.
