      <description>Location: Plymouth | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | About the Trevi service   Jasmine Mother and Child Family Residential Centre is a CQC-regulated and Ofsted-registered residential family centre. Women can access pregnancy stabilisation support, or live with their children while addressing substance use, trauma, mental health needs and wider family pressures. The service provides structured support and parenting assessments, helping mothers stabilise, stay in recovery and strengthen safe relationships with their children.   About the role   This role focuses on providing a safe, structured setting where risks can be understood properly, support can be put in place, and parenting capacity can be assessed with the child''s safety at the centre. The successful candidate will also manage the pregnancy stabilisation pathway giving women the chance to engage early, reduce risk, and begin building stability in a supported setting.
