      <description>Location: Walsall | Salary: &amp;pound;55000/annum &amp;pound;3000 bonus dependant on criteria | Type: Permanent | About Ourselves   Affinity Children’s Care provide a therapeutic children's residential service, offering a variety of residential placements to young people between the ages of 8 – 18 and who may display emotional and challenging behaviours (EBD).  The young people placed within our services have often experienced significant adversity and trauma in their young lives and may no longer able to reside within their familial / foster home.   Our Aim   Affinity Children's Care create a safe and sustainable nurturing environment for our young people and a developmental and rewarding workplace for our care team.  We ensure our team(s) adhere to Ofsted standards and guidelines referencing the Children’s Act and Children’s Care Standards, Ofsted is the looked after children’s regulatory body.
