The role This is a senior, hands-on Registered Manager role within an established specialist setting. The service supports adults of all ages with complex and multiple needs, including autism, learning and physical disabilities, ADHD and epilepsy. Many of the people supported have several of these needs at once. You will hold the CQC registration for a group of residential services and lead a team made up of a deputy, senior support workers, support workers, night staff and bank staff, including supervisions and appraisals. The service has its own health and wellbeing team, so complex health needs are managed with specialist support close at hand. The role also includes responsibility for staffing, the rota and the operational budget, leading on MCA, DoLS, safeguarding and CQC notifications, and keeping services inspection-ready.
