Make a difference every day.We are seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated Registered Manager to lead our Adult Supported Living provision for ten tenants across two houses, supporting adults with significant learning disabilities to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.You will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, providing strong leadership and developing a culture of warmth, safety and accountability. Working closely with senior leaders, therapists, families and external professionals, you will ensure care, lifelong education and therapy are integrated to meet each tenant s needs.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager committed to person-centred care, staff development and promoting independence.
