This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an established 18-bed service supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities, with a strong focus on person-centred care, independence and achieving positive outcomes. The Role As Registered Manager, you''ll take overall responsibility for the operational management of the service, including: Leading, motivating and developing the staff team. Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support. Managing staffing, budgets and resources. Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and relevant legislation. Driving service improvement and positive outcomes. Supporting and developing Team Leaders and senior staff. Acting as a strong role model for best practice. About You We''re looking for someone with: Previous management experience within adult social care. Strong knowledge of CQC and regulatory requirements. Experience supporting adults with learning and/or physical disabilities. Proven leadership and team-management experience. Excellent organisation, communication and financial management skills.
