Registered Manager - Adult Mental Health Location: North West Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent Holidays: 33 days including Bank Holidays Lead. Inspire. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager / RMN to take overall responsibility for the leadership, quality and operational management of a specialist service supporting individuals through recovery and rehabilitation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mental health professional who is confident leading a team, managing CQC compliance and driving continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on person-centred, recovery-focused care. The service has an established track record of providing high-quality care and currently holds a Good CQC rating. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining these standards and identifying opportunities for further development.
