You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, including leading and motivating staff, managing resources and ensuring the home operates in full compliance with CQC standards, legislation and relevant regulations. You will also contribute to the wider development of prevention, health and social care services across Halton, supporting directorate objectives and continuous service improvement.
