Registered Locality Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a locality of Supported Living and Community Support services in Doncaster. The role will involve leading services supporting adults in their own homes, with a focus on promoting independence and delivering person-centred support. The locality supports around 25 people across four Supported Living properties, alongside Community Support services. The people supported have Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs, with a younger age profile and a focus on helping individuals to be as independent as possible. We are looking for an experienced social care manager with a strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding and relevant legislation. The successful candidate will hold registration for the locality and provide leadership across the services, working alongside Service Managers, Support Coordinators and a Service Development Manager.
