This nursing home is registered for older people, employing a team of staff skilled in person-centred nursing and dementia care. To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.Responsibilities

Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of careAdminister all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and the company’s medication policyEnsure that residents’ care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionalsReport any ill health amongst residents and request GP/professional visits where necessaryQualifications and Skills

Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PinProven experience of working in a care setting (preferred)Good team player1+ year NMC registrationWell-developed time management and leadership skillsBenefits
