Residential Registered Manager Liverpool Location: Liverpool Salary: £39,363 per annum Service Type: Small Residential Care Home Client Group: Autism, Learning Disabilities (LD), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Registered Manager to lead a small, specialist residential service supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injury. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the service delivers high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC standards. Key Responsibilities Act as the Registered Manager with CQC, ensuring ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirementsLead the day-to-day operational management of the homeEnsure high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individuals with Autism, LD, and ABIManage, develop, and support the staff team, including recruitment, supervision, and appraisalsMaintain accurate care records, audits, policies, and quality assurance systemsOversee safeguarding, risk management, and incident reportingBuild positive relationships with families, professionals, and external agenciesManage budgets and resources effectively to ensure service sustainabilityDrive continuous improvement and maintain a positive CQC rating Essential Requirements Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager within a residential care settingNVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)Strong ..... full job details .....
