Registered Home Manager We are recruiting an experienced Registered Home Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a care home, ensuring high standards of resident care, staff performance and CQC compliance. The role of Registered Home Manager includes leading and developing the staff team, managing safeguarding and care planning, overseeing compliance and CQC inspections, maintaining occupancy and budgets, and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
