Job Title: Registered Home Manager - Learning DisabilitiesLocation: SuffolkEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekSalary: up to £35,000 per annum, with a quarterly bonusJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to oversee a well established residential care home specialising in Learning Disabilities and Autism in Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and support for our residents, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and leading a dedicated care team.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential care home- Maintain CQC registration and compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations- Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and inclusive environment- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs- Monitor and improve the quality of care through regular audits and feedback- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders- Manage budgets and resources effectivelyRequirements:- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting- Strong background in Learning Disabilities and Autism care- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and governance in residential care- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:- Competitive salary ( up to £35k) with ..... full job details .....
