Registered Home Manager
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and develop high-quality services for all residents, whilst developing and mentoring the staff team Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the service Conduct comprehensive internal audits and review care plans regularly Collaborate with staff, residents and their families to establish and maintain a centre of excellence for person-centred care Ensure the promotion and maintenance of high standards of care in strict adherence to CQC guidelines Ensure effective staff management and the efficient operational running of the home Oversee the home''s financial operations, including management of the sales team to achieve revenue targets, budget planning and cost control Skills and Experience: Demonstrable experience in managing a Nursing and Residential Dementia care home A proven track record of commitment to Quality improvement and Compliance within a Residential or Nursing Home setting Active Nursing Pin (NMC registration) To Apply: Please get in touch on the contact details provided.
