This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of a well-established service, enhancing quality and building on its reputation to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating with the Care Quality Commission. As a Registered Home Manager, you will hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and bring strong leadership, a focus on quality care, and the ability to develop a positive, high-performing team culture. Registered Home Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service. Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence. Build strong relationships with residents families and stakeholders.
