We are seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated Home Manager to lead our outstanding 36-bed purpose-built nursing home.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You''ll be joining a highly supportive, well-established team with excellent clinical and administrative support, allowing you to focus on leading quality care and developing the service.

About the Role
As Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the effective leadership, management and performance of the home. You will inspire your team to deliver outstanding care while maintaining high standards of compliance, governance and resident wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing visible and supportive leadership to the whole team
- Maintaining high standards of person-centred care
- Ensuring continued compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
- Supporting recruitment, retention and staff development
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining the home''s excellent reputation
- Monitoring quality, occupancy and overall service performance
About You
We''re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience managing or deputising within a nursing or residential care home
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
- The ability to motivate, develop and support a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification desirable but not essential, depending on experience
