We are partnering with a reputable and well-established children''s home based in Kettering, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children with learning disabilities. The 3-bed children''s home is a place where every child''s potential is recognised and nurtured, and we are looking for a dynamic Registered Manager to lead the team and drive the highest standards of care.

The Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of the children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing strong leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of care professionals.
• Ensuring the home meets and exceeds all regulatory and quality standards.
• Building positive relationships with children, their families, and external stakeholders.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations, including budget management.
• Championing a culture of respect, dignity, and empowerment for all residents.

Qualifications and Experience:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a children''s home setting.
• A deep understanding of the unique needs of children with learning disabilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to promoting the welfare and development of every child.
