About You Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care. Experience managing a service of a similar size and client group. Strong CQC and regulatory knowledge, ideally with a Good CQC rating. Confident, hands-on leader with excellent people management skills. Strong organisational, communication and business management skills.
