Registered General Nurse (RGN) Care Home Location: Swansea Essential Requirements Please Read Before Applying This role is only suitable for nurses who meet all of the following criteria: • Active UK NMC PIN (RGN only) • Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse within a UK care or nursing home • Stable employment history within care home nursing roles • Comfortable working mixed day and night shifts • Currently living and working in the UK with full right to work Applications that do not meet all essential criteria will not be progressed. Pay and Contract • £21.00 £25.00 per hour depending on experience • Up to £28.00 per hour for exceptional nurses • Up to £69,888 per year based on a 48-hour contract • Bonus scheme £1,000 £7,500 based on performance and longevity Contract: Permanent Full Time (part-time considered) Shifts: Mixed days and nights (12-hour and shorter shifts available) About the Role You will deliver high-quality nursing care within a well-supported care home environment that values clinical standards, teamwork and reliability.
