Registered Nurse Care Home Location: Dagenham, East London Pay Rate: £23.00 £25.00 per hour Hours: Full-Time, Flexibity is needed Contract Type: Ongoing / Long-Term Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for care home opportunities across Dagenham and the surrounding East London areas. We are looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Registered Nurses who have previous hands-on experience working as a Nurse within a care home or nursing home environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking for full-time, ongoing work, with regular shift opportunities available. The successful candidate must have genuine experience working as a Registered Nurse within a care home or nursing home setting. Candidates with hospital-only nursing experience will not be suitable for this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide high-quality nursing care to residents within a care home environment. Assess, monitor and review residents'' health and wellbeing. Administer medication safely and maintain accurate medication records. Identify changes in residents'' health and escalate concerns appropriately. Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation. Work closely with care staff, GPs, families and other healthcare professionals.
